These Recipes are for Essential oils, bath and massage recipes, aromatherapy blends and formulas and much, much more.

Recipes below are for all your needs for your Personal care.

Massage Recipes


Relaxing Massage

When using oils for a massage, make sure that oils are diluted with a good Base oil.

It can take 2 -4 tablespoons of massage oil for a full body massage. 10ml & 50ml amber mixer bottles with dropper available in the shop.

* Sweet Almond, Grapeseed or Jojoba Base Oil (or blend the 3)

* 4 drops Lavender
* 1 drop Petigrain
* 1 drop Frankincence

All oils per tablespoon of Base oil (approx 15mls)


OR

* 10mls Sweet Almond  Base oil
* 2 drops Lavender
* 3 drops Marjoram

Other oils used for relaxation include: Bergamot, Roman Chamomile, Jasmine, Neroli, Rose.




Revitalising Massage

* 10mls Sweet almond Base oil
* 2 drops Lavender
* 2 drops Grapefruit
* 2 drops Rosemary

Other oils used for revitalising include: Bergamot, Geranium, Ylang Ylang.




Sensual Massage

* 10mls each of Grapeseed & Sweet Almond Base oil
* 7 drops Ylang Ylang
* 3 drops Patchouli


OR

* 10mls each of Grapeseed & Sweet Almond Base oil
* 4 drops Ylang Ylang
* 3 drops Jasmine
* 3 drops Patchouli

You can add all the above recipes to a warm bath, approx a capful of massage oil blend, disperse well
in the water.


 

Wild Fields Massage


* 6-8 tsp. grapeseed oil
* 6 drops chamomile oil
* 2 drops rose oil
* 2 drops rosemary oil
This is a green-scented massage oil. Blend ingredients well. Pour into a
small bottle and seal well. Warm up oil before doing any massage.


 

Vanilla Massage


* 1 cup of grape seed oil
* ½ teaspoon of vanilla oil
Simply blend the two oils together by putting them both into a bottle and
shaking the bottle vigorously. Then just shake the bottle well again, before
each use.


 

Tea Tree Temptations Massage


* 8 tsp. grapeseed oil
* 6 drops jasmine oil
* 2 drops tea tree oil
* 2 drops neroli oil
This is a spicy-scented massage oil. Blend ingredients well. Pour into a
small bottle and seal well. Warm up oil before doing any massage.


Summer Rain Massage


* 6-8 tsp. grapeseed oil
* 6 drops lavender oil
* 2 drops rose oil
* 2 drops jasmine oil
This is a floral-scented massage oil. Blend ingredients well. Pour into a
small bottle and seal well. Warm up oil before doing any massage.

 

Spice of Life Massage

* 10 tsp. olive oil
* 6 drops ginger oil
* 4 drops jasmine oil
* 2 drops orange oil
This is a spicy-scented massage oil. Blend ingredients well. Pour into a
small bottle and seal well. Warm up oil before doing any massage.


 
Passage of India Massage

 
* 10 tsp. grapeseed oil
* 7 drops sandalwood oil
 * 2 drops orange oil
* 2 drops rose oil
* 1 drop cinnamon oil
This is a spicy-scented massage oil. Blend ingredients well. Pour into a
small bottle and seal well. Warm up oil before doing any massage.
 

 

Night Dreams Massage


* 10 tsp. grapeseed oil
* 6 drops chamomile oil
* 4 drops jasmine oil
* 2 drops rose oil
* 1 drop lavender oil
This is a floral-scented massage oil. Blend ingredients well. Pour into a
small bottle and seal well. Warm up oil before doing any massage.



Sexual Energy Oil #1


* Cardamom--2 drop
* Ginger--4 drops
* Patchouli--5 drops
* Sandalwood--4 drops
Dilute in 1/2 oz carrier oil. Wear to attract sexual partners.


Sexual Energy Oil #2


* 3 drops Jasmine
* 3 drops Sandalwood
* 4 drops Tangerine
* 5 drops Ylang Ylang
Diffuse or dilute in 1 oz carrier oil for massage.


 
Bathing Recipes

Evenly disperse the oils into a not too hot bath just before getting in.

Relaxing

* 2 drops Lavender
* 4 drops Vertivert

or

* 2 drops Lavender
* 2 drops Geranium
* 2 drops Petigrain




Invigorating

* 4 drops Tea Tree
* 2 drops Peppermint


or

* 2 drops Grapefruit
* 2 drops Mandarin
* 4 drops Lime




Stimulating & Sensuous


* 4 drops Ylang Ylang
* 2 drops Jasmine
* 2 drops Geranium


or

* 4 drops Sandalwood
* 1 drop Petigrain
* 1 drop Rose

 


Hair Treatment

Normal Hair

* 30mls Shampoo
* 5 drops Lavender
* 4 drops Patchouli
* 4 drops Rosemary




Dry Hair

* 30 mls Shampoo
* 4 drops Lavender
* 5 drops Rosemary
* 4 drops Cedarwood

Mix oils thoroughly with the shampoo
 


Greasy Hair

* 30mls Shampoo
* 5 drops Tea Tree
* 4 drops Ylang Ylang
* 4 drops Lemon

Mix oils thoroughly with the shampoo
 


Dandruff

* 30mls Shampoo
* 5 drops Tea Tree
* 4 drops Lavender
* 4 drops Cedarwood

Mix oils thoroughly with the shampoo

 

 
Frizz Tamer for Hair
 
* 1/2 cup conditioner
* 1/4 cup honey
* 1 tbs. almond oil
Mix ingredients well. Pour mixture over damp hair, work it in. Leave it on
for about 20 minutes for a good deep conditioning. Wash out. This works
for all hair types.


Hair Rinse
 
* 500mls Water
* 2 drops Marjoram

Use as a rinse after your shampoo
Boil water with the oil and allow to cool before use



Stimulating Body Lotion

* 50mls unperfumed Body lotion
* 6 drops Lavender
* 6 drops Bergamot
* 4 drops Lemon


or

* 50mls unperfumed Body lotion
* 1 drop Marjoram
* 5 drops Geranium
* 10 drops Petigrain
* 3 drops Lemon
* 4 drops Orange
*
4 drops Mandarin

Mix oils thoroughly with the body lotion

 

 
Cooling Summer Body Spray
 
* 1 tbs. witch hazel
* 1 tsp. lemon extract
* 1 tsp. cucumber extract
* 1 cup water
For a refreshing cool feeling, make an after shower spray by combining all
the ingredients. Place in a pump spay bottle and spritz onto skin.
 


Soothing Hand Lotion

* 50mls unperfumed Hand lotion
* 3 drops Lavender
* 5 drops Palmarosa

Mix oils thoroughly with the hand lotion



Face Cream

* 50mls unperfumed natural Face cream

* 4 drops Eucalyptus
* 6 drops Frankincence

Mix oils thoroughly with the face cream



 
Lemony Lavender Toner
 
* 3 drops lemon oil
* 3 drops lavender oil
* 3 teaspons of distilled water
Use a soft cotton ball to massage mixture into the skin after
cleansing. Follow with a moisturizer if desired


Shaving Cream

* 20mls Jojoba Base oil
* 1 drop Marjoram
* 1 drop Chamomile
* 1 drop Lavender

Can be used as a natual wet shaving oil for men, Do not use with electric razor




After-Shave Balm

* 50mls unperfumed lotion
* 2 drops Lavender
* 2 drops Chamomile
* 1 drop Marjoram

Soothing moisturiser after shaving. Mix oils thoroughly with lotion




Foot Soak

Refreshing

* 3 drops Lavender
* 2 drops Lemon
* 3 drops Tea Tree

Add oils and mix thoroughly in a bowl of warm water. Soap can be used




Relaxing

* A handful of Sea Salt
* 3 drops Marjoram
* 1 drop Lavender
* 1 drop Peppermint

Add oils and mix thoroughly in a bowl of warm water. Soap can be used



 
Lemon Soak 
(for dry, rough feet)
 
* 1 bowl warm water
* Juice of 1 lemon
Add lemon juice to warm water in bowl. Soak feet for 15 to 20 minutes.
 

 
Pre-menstrual Blend
 
* 10 Drops Geranium
* 15 Drops Lavender
* 5 Drops German Chamomile
* 3 Drops Cypress
place essential oils in 4 oz of fractionated coconut or your favorite
carrier oil. Rub on abdomen as necessary. Patch Test of course.


Post-pregnancy Depression #1
 
* Geranium--6 drops
* Grapefruit--15 drops
* Neroli--8 drops
Use up to 25 drops in 2 tablespoons massage oil (or dab on as a perfume); 3
drops in a room diffuser; or 6 drops in a bath.
 
Post-pregnancy Depression #2
 
* Geranium--8 drops
* Grapefruit--10 drops
* Mandarin--6 drops
Use up to 25 drops in 2 tablespoons massage oil (or dab on as a perfume); 3
drops in a room diffuser; or 6 drops in a bath.

 

 
PMS Massage Oil
 
* 5 drops Carrot Seed
* 10 drops Clary Sage
* 10 drops Fennel
* 20 drops Lavender
* 30 drops Marjoram
* 5 drops Mugwort
* 20 drops Rosewood
Dilute in 4 ozs of carrier and massage as needed.

 

 
Menopausal Sweats
 
* 10 drops Grapefruit
* 10 drops Lime
* 7 drops Sage
* 3 drops Thyme
Dilute in 2 tablespoons carrier oil. Massage all over the body and use 5
drops of the blend in a daily bath.
