Sports Bag


Pre Excercise Massage


* 20mls Sweet Almond Base oil
* 1 drop Eucalyptus
* 1 drop Lavender
* 2 drops Rosemary

Mix oils thoroughly and apply to body



Post Exercise Massage


*
20mls Sweet Almond Base oil
* 1 drop Rosemary
* 1 drop Juniper
* 2 drops Lavender

Mix oils thoroughly and apply to body




Post excercise Leg Massage


* 30mls Sweet Almond Base oil
* 10 drops Marjoram
* 2 drops Juniper
* 2 drops Rosemary

Mix oils thoroughly and gently massage into the leg muscles




Muscle Pain


* 20mls Sweet Almond Base oil
* 2 drops Lavender
* 2 drops Rosemary

Mix oils thoroughly and use as a gentle body massage.
