An Herbal Protection Spell

Get a piece of white cloth. Preferably Cotton. None of those man made fibres. Then, thank the Goddess, you don't have to iron it. Then cut it into a seven inch square. Yes, seven. Numbers are important to magick. 

Get some basil, dill, and fennel. If you don't have any fennel? You can use a lot of protective herbs in this one. The important thing is to choose three herbs. Not two. Not four. Use any three of these: basil, dill, fennel, St. John's Wort, rosemary, tarragon, horehound, vervain.

Gently mix a little bit of each of the three herbs in an earthenware bowl (not plastic or aluminum). 
Lay your cloth on the Altar. Put your herbs -- all mixed nicely, in the center of the cloth. Take the four corners, pull them up to a peak. Now comes the witchy part, where we tie it up with red yarn, cut to seven inches.

Tie the first knot and say in a powerful voice, "I bind thee to protect this house and all within it!"

Tie the second knot again and say the same thing...... Tie thirteen whole knots in your yarn repeating the command every time. 

Pick up your athame (knife, in other words) in your prominant hand (the one you write with) and grab the sachet  with your other hand. Now face North and hold the sachet in front and above you and poke it, gently, of course, with your athame. Say as profoundly certain as you can, "May this which I have made of my will and with my hands serve me well as protector of this house and all who reside within its walls. Guardian and Protector, so shall it be from this moment forth! So mote it be!"

Now hang your protector/guardian/sachet/cotton cloth bag in the highest part of the house. Use the red yarn to attach it to something.

House Protection

This should be done on the waning moon, as close to the New Moon as
possible. Raise athame in salute to the Goddess and God, asking
their assistance in your "house cleaning".

Now, beginning at the front door, walk throughout your home, deosil
[clockwise]. At each window, door or other opening make an invoking
pentagram with your athame [invoking, because it is invoking protection].
You may wish to chant as you mark these pentagrams. The one I use is:

"Lord and Lady of the day, Keep all harm far away, Set your guard
ever near, Let no evil enter here."

After you have gone through your entire living space, visualize the
three-dimensional outline of your home being completely made of, and sealed
with, white light. Thank the Lady and Lord for their aid.

House Protection 2

Preparations:
Go out into the woods and find a few pieces of wood. Properly thank the tree.

You will need as many pieces of wood as there are entries to whatever area you wish to protect.

The Spell:
Bring the wood to your altar. Light a white candle.
Sprinkle the wood with lavender oil and say:

"Wood is of a shield. Please protect my home ."

Concentrate on protection and pour this energy into the wood.
When you sense the wood is pulsing with the shielding energy,
take it up, and place it around your home, near all entrances,
and then return to your alter.

See the shield around your house. Say a prayer of thanks
to the wood, and the Lord and the Lady for enabling this.
Re-do this when the wood no longer smells of lavender

A Mirror Spell of Protection for the Home

Compose an altar: place a censer in the center before an image of the
Goddess. Have a 12 inch (or so) round mirror there as well. Ring the altar
with 9 white candles. Burn a protective incense (such as sandalwood,
frankincense, copal or rosemary) in the censer. Beginning with the candle
most directly before the Goddess image, say these words:

"Lunar light protect me!"

Repeat as you light each candle until all are glowing. Now, holding the
mirror, invite the Goddess in Her lunar aspect with these words:

"Great Goddess of Lunar Light and Mistress of the Seas;
Great Goddess of the mystic night
and of the mysteries;
Within this place of candles bright
And with your mirror nigh;
Protect me with your awesome might
While ill vibrations fly!"

Standing before the altar, hold the mirror facing the candles so that it
reflects their flames. Keeping the mirror toward the candles, move slowly,
clockwise, around the altar, watching the reflected firelight bouncing off
your surroundings.

Gradually increase your speed, mentally invoking the Goddess to protect you.
Move faster and faster; watch the light shattering the air, cleansing it,
burning away all negativity and all lines along which the ill energies have
traveled into your home.

Charge you home with the protective light of the Goddess. Race around the
candles until you've felt the atmosphere change, until you feel that your
home has been cleansed and guarded by the Great Goddess.

When finished, stand once again before the image. Thank the Goddess in any
words you wish. Pinch out the candles one by one, bind them together with
white cord and store them in a safe place until (and if) you need to use
them
again for this same purpose. Say:

"In no way will this spell cause me to suffer any adverse effects!"

Job Spell #1

This is best begun on the night of the New Moon:
Use an astral candle for yourself - your color
A brown candle for the job itself.
A green candle for prosperity. Burn a prosperity incense and anoint
the candles with a prosperity oil - use cinnamon. Anoint from wick
to end. These candles should be in a safe place, they have to burn out entirely.
Place the brown candle in the center, the green on the right,
and the astral on the left.

Light the astral, state:

I ask for change,that is my right,
open the way, clear my sight.

Light the green, state:

Good luck is mine and prosperity, help me Great Ones, come to me.

Light the brown, state:

Opportunity, work, rewards I see, And as I will So Mote it Be.

Say the above as you light the candles. Leave these to burn out completely
and dispose of the wax afterwards. Each night, for a week, or until the candle
is used up, light a second brown candle for 9 minutes while meditating and
gaining balance in preparation for the job and the good to come. During this
time period, Actively seek a job. Listen to your intuition and follow up on all leads.

A Spell To Find A Job

Use during the waxing moon

Special Tools:

Green candle to represent job/good luck
Good Luck/Job/Oil: allspice, cinnamon, sage, dill, mix with base oil
Banishing/Exorcism Oil: cloves, garlic, basil mixed with base oil

Black or dark candle to represent obstacles
Small jar to be filled with nutmeg, Tiger's eye stone, thyme,
rune or some other symbol of good fortune
a piece of paper on which you have written the description of your perfect job

Casting the Circle (doing it your way or this one suggested
here):

The East, the Wind Positive forces, I call you in

The South, the Fire Aid this night in my desire

The West, the Water I conjure my need into matter

The North, the Grove Bring your gifts, I make it so

The Center, the Force I call you to open your doors

I conjure thee, O circle of Power That you might be before me a
boundary between the world of men and the realm of the mighty spirits.

A place of joy, love and trust to contain the power I will raise
herein

I have called upon the protectors of the East, South, West and North
to aid me in the construction of this circle In the name of

the Horned Lord and Radiant Lady Thus do I conjure thee,
great circle of power! This circle is sealed.

Invocation to the God/dess (use your own words or this example):

Great Goddess I ask you to join me tonight at the waxing of the moon's
powers to assist me in my rite. Tonight, I ask for guidance, for luck,
for success in finding a new and better job. Guide me, protect me, help me I,
your priest/ess, ask this of you. So mote it be!

Great God, I ask you to join me tonight at the waxing of the moon's
powers to assist me in my rite. Tonight, I ask for guidance, for luck, for
success in finding a new and better job. Guide me, protect me, help me I,
your/priest/ess, ask this of you. So mote it be!

The Spell:

Anoint the black candle with banishing/exorcism oil and light the
candle while visualizing all of your obstacles falling away:

"Bad luck flees
Obstacles fall
My path is clear
Heed my call!"

Anoint the green candle with employment/luck oil:

"Good luck is mine and prosperity
Help me Great Ones
Come to me
Opportunity and rewards I see
As I will, so mote it be!"

Meditate on the job you want as you gaze into the candle's
flame.Still in the circle, fill your good luck jar with the
herbs, stone, note and piece of paper with the fortune rune
inscribed on it. Seal the jar with these words:

"Earth-born stone of brilliant hue
Your energy makes my dreams come true
Hearken to my deep desire
Amidst the candle's radiant fire
Herbs of luck, prosperity
Heed my call and bring to me
A better job, new opportunity
As I will, so mote it be!"

Shake the jar, seal it with a kiss and place it back on the altar.
Ground and center
Thank the God and Goddess
Close the circle

Each morning after, hold the jar while saying (or thinking):

"God and Goddess
Hear as I pray
Let good fortune come my way
Send me luck, prosperity
In my job search
So mote it be!"

Shake the jar a few times, seal it with a kiss and replace it on
the altar.
Once you have your job, bury the jar.

A Charm to Secure Employment

Take a green handkerchief or a piece of green cloth roughly that size,
lay it flat with one of the corners facing you. Place upon it 3
cardamom seed, a bay leaf and a sprig rosemary (or 1ts of dried herb).
These herbs surround you in self-confidence and attract energy.
Cardamom sweetens your personality and brings out your natural
eloquence. Bay leaves are symbols of success and triumph. Rosemary is
a herb of achievement and mental alertness.
Tie the corners together with a length of string, so that you have a
little bundle of herbs.
Before each interview, hold this bundle and visualize yourself walking
into the interview room, radiating confidence imagine yourself being in
a position to pick and chose jobs at will.
Carry this to your job interviews. And accept that any rejection is a
sign from the universe that the job was not right for you.

To Secure a Job

Ingredients:
*Brown candle (stability)
*Medium-sized rock
*Black yarn or cord
*Business card (see below)

On the first night of the Waxing Moon, collect the above ingredients and
go to a place where you can be undisturbed for at least 15 minutes.

Light the brown candle and place the rock in front of you. Next, get a
business card that includes the name of the business. If you cannot obtain a
business card, simply write the full name of the business on a small piece of
paper. Write your full name on the back of the card or paper. Set the card on
top of the rock and, with the yarn or cord, wrap the rock; making sure the
business card is secure. Hold the rock within your hands and say this charm:

As the Moon increases, So too will my job be secure.

With this, the spell is done. Allow the candles to burn themselves out.

The rock may either be placed with your magickal supplies or actually taken
to work and hid in your desk or another safe place. Work as best and as hard
as you can at your new job. By the Full Moon, the job will be secured

MOON CORDS

The idea behind moon cords is to embrace and preserve specific attributes of moon power which are available during a specific moon phase. These attributes are directed into a length of cord and held there by knots; thus the attributes are available to the witch at any time. For example: you may wish to perform some magick which is appropriate to the waxing moon. Ideally, you would be wisest to wait until after the moon is new to utilize the most compatible energies for your work. But what if you have good reason not to wait, and what if in linear time the moon is actually waning? No problem, if you have prepared a new moon cord, you can draw upon the new moon power at any time of any month.

You can prepare a cord during each phase of the moon, and thus, have available to you the power of each phase. However I strongly suggest that you use the cords only when absolutely necessary, and try to work with the phases of the moon in the sky whenever you can.

TO PREPARE A MOON CORD:
Use a length of colored wool, or embroidery thread about two feet long. You can have five different colors if you prefer and prepare five cords: new, waxing, full, waning and dark. Or you can simplify matters and use three colors for three cords: new and waxing combined, full ( alone ), waning and dark combined. I find it sufficient to work with three.

To prepare a cord during the appropriate Moon phase, Light your goddess candle and sit at your altar or work table- or go outside. State alignments, and call on that aspect of the goddess who rules the phase you wish to put into the cord. This is called charging the cord. Thus for the new and waxing call upon Diana; for the full call upon Selene, for the waning call upon Hecate. It's a good idea to use your athame for this, as the process is related to drawing down the moon. In a sense, you are drawing her down for each phase to enter your cord, so you may draw a pentagram over the face of the moon, or over the candle flame which represents her, and trace a line of power from the moon or flame into your cord, stating words of power. EX: (fill in appropriate Goddess name for each moon phase) State alignments then add:

"By the one power.
working for and through me
I hereby call upon you, Diana,
To enter this cord with your power
to charge this cord
enter this cord
for the good of all
and according to free will
for the work of positive magic only
To aid me in my work
at the appropriate times,
According to your will
as these knots are tied."

Then tie nine knots in the cord, placing them equidistant from one another and use the ninth knot to tie the cord into a circle. then add:

"So mote it be"

Place this circle on the altar encircling your Goddess candle, and leave it there for awhile, meditating if you wish on the phase of the moon with which you have charged the cord. When you feel your work is complete, wind the cord into a compact little entity and enclose it in a tiny pouch or box. This is kept on the altar. It is best kept near your own tools. When you work with a moon cord either hold it in your hand or place around your goddess candle, as you do specific magic for which you need it's aid. When you are finished, put it back in it's holder. You may take it out and hold it under the moon during it's name phase, to recharge it, but this is not absolutely essential. There is no drain on moon power, such as with a battery. The power is in the moon cord to stay.

PETALS OF LOVE SPELL

Only 2 magical tools are required for this ritual:

A small Mirror and fresh flowers. They can be daisies, carnations, violets, lilacs, or gardenias, but roses of any color are best. If you do use roses, remove the thorns from one of the stems. Buy or collect 7 or 8 stems of the chosen flower. If cutting them yourself, thank the plant for its sacrifice in any words or actions that you see fit. Remember - nature is a power source. Magicians respect it.

Perform this ritual when you are quite alone and won't be interrupted. Take the phone off the hook, don't answer the door- give this time to yourself. You may dress in normal clothes, those you sleep in or nothing at all. Do what ever feels most natural.

Place the flowers in a large vase or bowl. Nearby place a small mirror in a position so that you can see your face within it. Sit or kneel comfortably before the flowers. Remove 1 flower from the vase. Stroke it over your head, your hair, your ears. Move it up and down your cheeks and chin. As you do this, open yourself to the loving energies the flower is radiating out to you.

Close your eyes and brush their lids lightly with the flowers. Say these words:

I SEE LOVE

Move the flowers lower. Smell its rich scent. Drink in its aroma. Let it fill your soul. Say:

I BREATH LOVE

Open your eyes. Move the flower away from your head and above it. Say:

I HOLD LOVE

Lower the flower to your heart area. Stroke it up and down, soothing it, letting its energies melt into yours. Say:

I FEEL LOVE

Move it down to your stomach. Press it gently against your skin or clothing.
Say:

I NOURISH LOVE

Still holding the flower in your hands before you, gaze at your reflection in the mirror. Say these or similar words:

LOVE IS BEFORE ME
LOVE IS BEHIND ME
LOVE IS BESIDE ME
LOVE IS ABOVE ME
LOVE IS BELOW ME
LOVE IS WITHIN ME
LOVE FLOWS FROM ME
LOVE COMES TO ME
I AM LOVED

Place the flowers in a spot where you'll see them several times a day. If possible, wear or carry the flowers you've used in your ritual. When it begins to wilt, bury it in the earth, thanking it for its energies. And be prepared to receive as well as give LOVE.

Prosperity Spell

(To be performed on a waxing moon cycle, preferably when the moon is in an
earth sign, at least 7 days before the full moon

Supplies:

1 Green 7 day candle (removable)
1 green stone (malachite or tourmaline)
3 quarters
1 cinnamon stick
swatch of green cloth
green thread or yarn for tying. 2 lengths, one that will fit around the candle glass, one which will tie a pouch. (and tie it onto the candle glass)

Money Oil*
Money Drawing Incense**

Herbs:
Patchouli
Basil
Cinnamon

Remove candle from glass, inscribe your name, (craft or mundane...I prefer craft) in the wax along with runes for money.

Grind the herbs to a course powder with a mortar & pestle. While grinding herbs, incant:

"I charge these herbs with the powers of prosperity, growth and success. As they have risen from the earth, so let abundance rise in my life."
(repeat 3x)

Holding the stone (I use a malachite bead, usually)

"I charge this stone with the powers of prosperity, growth and success.As the stone is firm and strong, let these thing be steadfast in my life."
(repeat 3x)

Holding the Oil

"I charge this oil with the powers of prosperity, growth and success. As the oil is clear and fluid,, so let these things flow into my life."
(repeat 3x)

Anoint the candle from base to wick with charged oil, replace in glass. Place the stone in with the herbs, sprinkle oil over both. Place half the herbs and the stone in (yes) in the candle glass. Pour more oil over candle.Tie the cinnamon stick onto the candle glass. Place in the center of the altar. Using athame, charge the candle with energy from the 4 directions.

"Spirits of earth, I ask that you aid me in this spell. Lend your gifts of abundance, prosperity, wealth and success in my life."

"Spirits of the east, I ask that you aid me in this spell. Lend your gifts of imagination and inspiration to manifest abundance, prosperity, wealth and success in my life."

"Spirits of the south, I ask that you aid me in this spell. Lend your gifts of action and motion to manifest abundance, prosperity, wealth and success in my life."

"Spirits of the west, I ask that you aid me in this spell. Lend your gifts of intuition to manifest abundance, prosperity, wealth and success in my life."

Spend some time projecting your image of what success and prosperity means to you. Whether it's writing checks to pay bills, or whatever. Then say:

"Mother of life, I call upon you. You who are giver of all things, lend your magick to my spell. As your moon grows larger in the sky, so let these things grow larger in my life. As this flame is lit, let my light go out upon the winds. Grand abundance, prosperity and growth, as you have given these things to the world. So mote it be"

Light the candle. Put the remaining herbs in the swatch of fabric, fold to make a pouch. Add the coins Incant (3x):

"May all that I give and all I receive, return threefold to the world, and threefold to me."

Tie the pouch with 3 knots to bind the spell:

(1st knot)"I bind this spell with love and might"
(2nd knot) "That all be done for good and right"
(3rd knot) "With harm to none and luck to me,
This spell is done, So Mote It Be."

Tie pouch to candle glass. Let the candle burn completely out. At the end of the week (or however long it takes to burn the candle), fish out the stone, put it in your wallet, or if it's a bead, string it and wear it. Untie the pouch. Sprinkle the herbs in your wallet and/or checkbook and/or mailbox if that's how you receive money. SPEND THE COINS as quickly as possible. It's imperative that you put it out into the world.


*Money Oil:

In a base of about a tablespoon of vegetable oil (I prefer something cold-pressed, but Wesson will do in a pinch); mix a few drops of patchouli essential oil, heliotrope oil, a healthy pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of patchouli dried herb (fresh would be better), basil.
Mix and charge during spell.

*Money Incense:

In a teaspoon of woodbase, mix 10 drops of patchouli oil, 5 drops of heliotrope, some ground cinnamon (preferably hand ground), dried patchouli, dried basil and a pinch of dried peppermint

Psychic Protection Spell

You Will Need:

Protection Incense (herbs or oils work fine also)
Black 8" Taper Candle

It is best to find a work area that you can leave untouched for three days. If you must put away your tools, try to at least keep your spell candle out in the open. This spell is used to protect yourself from mental attacks.

Prepare your work area by setting up any tools you may use in addition to your spell candle. Love or protection incense is recommended (herbs or oils can also be used). While setting up your area, CONCENTRATE on the purpose of your work.

Bathe in purification herbs, or with your favorite bath salts. While you are bathing, concentrate again on the purpose of your spell. Do not let negative thoughts enter your mind.

After bathing, go to your work area. Cast a circle and light some incense. Envision a large, white ball of light surrounding you, your work area, and your home. Hold the candle between the palms of your hands and direct all of your positive energy into the candle. Place the candle in its candle holder. Prior to lighting the candle, say (either aloud, or to yourself):

"This candle represents protection over me in all things"

Light the candle and say (either aloud or to yourself):

"As the light of this flame grows, I can feel the light and positive
energy around me. As this candle burns, everything around me is blessed
with light and love. I am blessed with light and love. Negative energy
is being banished."

Sit back and watch the candle burn. Keep visualizing the white ball of light and protection around you. Envision your Higher Power blessing you and protecting you from harm. See yourself blessing whoever or whatever it is that brings harm to you. Bless them so that they may be happy and will no longer wish to cause you harm. Feel the peace and love. When the candle had burned 1/3 of the way, say

"As the flame of the candle is extinguished--evil, negativity, and harm towards me is banished."

Extinguish the candle- don't blow it out, though! Just muffle it or pinch the flame out, many believe blowing a candle out diverts the energy and shows disrespect.

Repeat this for two more nights. On the last night, after the candle has burned away and the leftover wax has cooled, discard the wax in the garbage to symbolize throwing away that which causes you harm.


You have been blessed with Light, Love, Peace, and Protection.
Whatever was causing you harm will no longer do so.

SAFE CAR SPELL

Ingredients:
bay
clove
cinnamon
Earl Grey Tea

Bay, clove, and cinnamon are all ruled by the sun as well as Mars. They are fiery herbs of protection and therefore are suited to protect vehicles run by engines. Bergamot, the main ingredient in Earl Grey tea, is ruled by the moon and is used to protect from sudden movement, e.g., your car being hit, towed, or jacked. Prepare a plastic zipper-lock bag chock full of bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and Earl Grey tea. (Please empty the tea out of the tea bag and into the zipper bag, or use loose tea.) Place this bag in the glove compartment, trunk, or under the seat. Make sure it is hidden from plain sight. Often magic is not supposed to be shown out in the open. Many witches believe this takes power away from the spell. In the case of protecting a car, it is wise to hide the magic, as it will also affect the aura of the car and make it somewhat invisible or unlikely to attract attention.

Simple Manifesting Spell

This is a simple spell for manifesting something you desire.

When trying to manifest a desire, there are several things you should keep in mind: always respect the rule of “Harm None”, what you are manifesting should not be something that belongs to another, and never ever should it be a person. You must always respect other’s free will. Also, you should not be too narrow in your desire. For example if you were manifesting money you should not ask for £10 but rather for “the money I need, at least £10.” Spirit may send you more than you ask for, unless you yourself have limited it. Spirit will never overrule the limitations you place on yourself, only you can remove those. Finally, when just starting out in magic, it may be advisable to start with small things. This is because magic will not work if you don’t believe it will work -because energy responds to thought and emotion. If your thought is “I manifest a Car” but your emotion is “I could never do this” it won’t work. By starting with simple things, you can build up in increments and be less likely to run into self-imposed limitations.


The Spell:
You will need:
1) a candle -white is good, but so is red.
2) something to light it with -nothing will screw up your magical consciousness worse than forgetting the matches and having to stop and look for them in the middle of the working.
3) a piece of paper.
4) something to write with.
5) a burning dish -that is to say a dish which is not going to be damaged by fire. Brass incense burners work very well, but many other things do too.
6) Something to stir the fire with -a stick or a knife work well.

Begin by releasing all tension and anxiety. Put yourself into a comfortable position.

Now, think about what you want to manifest. Concentrate on it and imagine clearly what it might be like to have it. Meditate on this for awhile, keeping it clear in your mind.

Now write down on your paper what it is you wish. You may wish to write it in a manner similar to the invocation given below. You may notice that we use the same one rather a lot, but when something works why mess with it?

Now, light your candle. Again, release all tension before you start the actual spell. Focus for a few moments on the candle’s flame.

Now take your paper. You may want to fold it in half, but don’t fold it up tightly as this will retard the burning process. Imagine a ball of white light in the center of your chest. Affirm:
“Behold, I connect myself to powers of the Universe”
and imagine yourself rising up above your physical body, and high above the earth.
You may want to imagine looking down at the whole Earth below you. Now affirm:
“There is one power in the Universe,
and I am a perfect manifestation of that power.”

Open your eyes and take your paper. Affirm:
“There is one power in the Universe,
and I am a perfect manifestation of that power.
And as such I will that even as this paper burns,
so too shall this which I have written come to pass.
May it come to me easily, and with harm to none.
I will it. I draw it to me. I manifest it.
I accept it. I receive it. I give thanks for it.
By my will, so mote it be.”

Now set the paper on fire. Imagine a ball of white light all around the paper, as clear and bright as possible. Hold the paper as long as possible, then place it in the burning dish and let it burn until it is gone. Use a stick or a knife to lift it in the bowl so that it doesn’t lay on just one side and prevent that side from burning. The speed and thoroughness with which the paper burns shall be an omen to you of how long it will take for the thing to come to you. If any part of the paper doesn’t burn, take that piece and repeating the affirmation over it, burn it again.

Now clear and release as you know to do, and do not obsess over what you have manifested. Worrying about it excessively will tend to block it, so the less you can think about it the better. Instead simply know that you have done it successfully and wait for it to come. If you cannot be patient, tell yourself “I put myself into a position of love and trust, knowing that what I want shall come” and imagine stepping over a half step to the left. What you have manifested may not come immediately, but it will come soon. These things take time. But you will find this a very useful spell.

Emotional Peace Spell

When you are feeling overwhelmed emotionally, this is a good spell to help pick you up. It is particularly effective following emotional upheavals.

You will need:
Clear thought oil.

Clear thought oil
1/4 ounce almond oil
15 drops Siberian fir oil
10 drops cajupet oil
10 drops lemon oil
12 drops lavender oil

Sometime between the waning moon and New Moon anoint yourself with the oil and go outside. Sit where you can see the moonlight- near a pond or stream would be ideal. You should also be in a place where you can scream without causing a fuss. If you have to sit in your car, that’s ok.

Let all the thoughts and worries that have been haunting you bubble to the surface. Let them churn and roll until they feel like they’re drowning you.

Raise your arms to the sky and open your mouth. Begin to let out the sound of worry, the sound of troubles. It can be a scream or a moan or a low groan, but let it out fully pour out of your body.

When it feels like you’ve let go of the stress, anoint yourself again with the oil and go for a short walk, focusing on the stillness of the night around you.

Spell to Ease a Broken Heart

You will need the following ingredients:
Strawberry tea (one bag)
Some salt (sea salt if you can get it!)
2 pink candles
a mirror
one pink drawstring bag
one quartz crystal
a copper penny
a bowl that is somehow special to you
1 teaspoon dried jasmine, rose, or strawberry leaves
Some rose, strawberry, or cinnamon oil

Charge all ingredients first by infusing them with your personal energy.
On a Friday morning or evening, when the moon is either new or waxing and
close to being new, take a bath with a small handful of salt in it, in the
light of a pink candle. As you dry off and dress, sip the strawberry tea.

Apply makeup or groom yourself to look your best. Cast a circle around a
table with the other ingredients. Light the second pink candle. Mix all
oils and herbs in the bowl.

While you stir look at yourself in the mirror and say aloud:

"Oh, Great Mother Goddess, enclose me in your loving arms and nurture
and bring forth the Goddess within me."

Gaze deeply into the mirror after you have finished mixing the ingredients
and say aloud,

"I represent the Great Goddess, Mother of all things.
I shine in the light of the Golden Wings of Isis.
All that is great and loving only belongs to me."

Then put half the mixture in the pink bag and add the penny and crystal.
Carry it with you always or until you find another love.

Leave the other half of the potion in the bowl, out in a room where you
will smell the fragrance.

Spell to Reverse a Curse

What you need:

1 white candle
1 black candle (should be smaller then the white one)
1 wide-mouth glass jar with a lid
1 toothpick (athame may be used as well)
Matches
two pie pans (or other container to catch the melting wax)
A small mirror

Put the white candle in one pan and the black in the other. Light each candle. As the candles burn, chant the following and push your energy into the candles:

"I burn these candles, one white, one black
To reverse the curse of ___persons name___ attack.
I call to the wind to blow the curse back!
I call to the sun to burn him/her with his/her own attack!
I call to the trees to make the curse grow!
I call to the air to make
the curse follow where ever he/she shall go!

I am a mirror and I reflect the curse back!"


Now you must wait and let the candles burn completely down. While you are waiting, take the mirror and wrap it in the cloth and tie it shut. Smash the cloth until the mirror is broken. When the black has burned down, pour the black wax into the jar and let dry. Using the toothpick, inscribe his/her name into the black. Open the cloth and put the broken mirror pieces on top (throw the cloth away). Pour the white candle wax on top of the glass and let cool. Using the toothpick, inscribe the following:

"I am protected as long as the white covers the black."
Close the jar tightly and bury in a safe place. As long as the white covers the black you should be protected from any curses he/she puts on you and the affects should go back to that person.

* Stay Away Spell *

On a Saturday night during the Waning Moon, collect your ingredients, and go to a place where you can be alone for at least 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
*A picture of the intended
*Black cloth
*Black thread or cord
*A picture of yourself
*White candles

Place white candles about your alter. Cast the circle and try to relax your mind and concentrate on the work to be done. Take the picture of the intended in your hands and say this:

________, Stay away!
You are not welcome, this I say!
________, Go away!
You cannot harm in any way!

Wrap the black cloth around the picture and bind it with the cord or thread. Say this:

You who would harm, You who would maim,
If you proceed, You'll face the same.
With cloth and cord, Of darkest night,
I've bound your deed, With shining light.
You cannot harm, So stay away,
I am protected, Both night and day.

With this, the spell is done. Put the package into the freezer until morning, and then throw it in a garbage bin off your property, and walk or drive away without looking back. Carry the picture of yourself in your pocket or in your purse, knowing that you are protected from their harm.
