All postal prices range from £1.95 - £7.95 for heavy and larger orders. You can get an idea of postage costs by placing an item in the basket.

Although the smaller and lighter items may cost the same for shipping as the UK mainland, for heavier and larger packages the only cost effective shipping method available is a courier service. The cost of shipping has been capped so that postage will not exceed £17.95.

Each item is priced individually with postage costs, when combining postage (with savings) the postage costs will never exceed the listed amount below. You can buy 50+ items and it will never exceed this limit.

Customs
Please do not ask for your packages to be sent as "Gift" as this is against the law. International customers are responsible for any customs duty and taxes if packages are held up by customs, so please check the guidelines for your country before purchasing. We reserve the right to cancel orders and accounts where messages request or insist that we do otherwise.
Scheduled Delivery We endeavour to process your order within 48 hours. However please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Complaints and Returns Please contact us within 14 days if you are not happy with your order. Please email us before returning the goods. We aim to deal with complaints within 5 days. You will be kept informed of the process and outcome.
If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return, then you will be responsible for return costs of the item. Refunds will be for the cost of the item only.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery informing us of any items that are damaged or faulty. Refunds will be not be issued until the item has been returned.
